I had a fantastic experience at this property. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The ambience was lovely, and all amenities were provided. The cleanliness and neatness of the place were impressive. I highly recommend this property for a great stay.

The rooms are clean, new and look very good. The beds are soft, there is Netflix, the bathroom is good, the staff are very good, the room is spacious, the facilities are complete. But the refrigerator is not very cold. Even if the cooling temperature is adjusted to maximum Good security system, near MRT, easy to find food.

☹️: Horrible experience. There were ants coming out of the shower and when I told the staff they didn’t have a care in the world. I had to insist something to be done about it and they sent a man with a BUG SPRAY. The room also smelt so badly. No restaurant in hotel. Turned me off from my experience in Bangkok. 🙂: They have Netflix in the room and room service is done daily. Restaurant has a very helpful street food list. Location is good.

Very dirty hotel. Bugs in the shower. Stained sheets. Hair on the floor. Hallway hasn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Smells like marijuana in the hallways. Couches in lobby are filthy. Can’t wait to get out of here!

All the employees are lovely. The keycard can't be tapped in, so the problem can be solved. The room is very ok. There are employees who come to collect garbage. Overall, I'm not disappointed at all. If there is a chance, I will definitely stay again.

The room is very well designed. Convenient transportation to the hotel. There is parking. There is a 7-11 nearby. The lobby is on the second floor. There is a beautiful reception area and a convenient elevator. You need a key card to use …

Room seemed decent at first. But after staying a few days there were bugs and even some cockroaches which were a disappointing surprise. We told the front desk staff and they said they would help us exterminate and sprayed something in our room. AC worked fine so did the TV. View was a bit disappointing just saw some roofs

Location is really quite far from the center. Prepare to spend some time driving to all the action places. Wifi worked solid, AC as well. Staff didn’t give me the feel they want to be really helpful. The advantage is the price. Was cheap though and since this was my 4th time in BKK, I didn’t do a lot of sightseeing, so it was ok.
